Fresh tomatoes, aromatic onions and sweet bell peppers can be used to make a wonderful vegetable salad, which is popularly called Donskoy.
Be sure to prepare several jars of this juicy and aromatic dish during the season - in winter such a preparation will be a real find.

- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Sweet bell pepper - 400 g
- Onions - 300 g
- Parsley - 0.5 pcs (bunch)
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp. l. (nine%)
- Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
- Black pepper - 12 pcs (peas)
- Allspice - 4 pieces
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
Preparation

- Peel, rinse and cut the onions into slices that are not very thin.
- My tomatoes, cut in half, remove the place of the stalk, after which we divide each half into small slices.
- My bell pepper, cut in half, remove the insides. Then cut each part into strips.
You can take a multi-colored pepper - then the salad will be more elegant and brighter.
- Finely chop the washed parsley.
- Put sugar, salt, black peppercorns, allspice in a saucepan with chopped vegetables. The bay leaf should be divided into four parts and sent to the pot as well.
- Add vegetable oil and vinegar to vegetables immediately.
- Gently, so as not to crush the tomato slices, mix everything and leave to infuse for 1 hour at room temperature.
- During this time, the vegetables will give up their juice, there will be quite a lot of it in the pan. Basically, at this point, the salad is ready to eat. But our task is to make preparations for the winter.
- While the salad has been infused, it is necessary to prepare jars for it. First, we rinse the containers well with soda, then rinse them under running water and sterilize in any usual way .. Put the salad in ready-made jars.
- Now we put a cotton towel on the bottom in a large saucepan, set the jars, fill them up to their shoulders with warm water. We are waiting for a boil, after that we make the fire quieter, leave it for another 30 minutes (for 0.5 liter cans). After 30 minutes, carefully take out the jars and roll them up with screw or metal lids. Turn the containers over, wrap them up and leave until they cool completely. We remove the cooled salad in a cool room.
